Icon3 Which Disney Cruise scenario do you prefer?

OK, with the rumors of the third cruise ship, and the Disney Magic going to California for the summer of 2005, which scenario do you prefer?

Re: Which Disney Cruise scenario do you prefer?

We are going on a cruise next year. I think there should be one cruise ship in California. After all DL is there.
Enjoy..

Re: Which Disney Cruise scenario do you prefer?

YES OFCOURSE!! I think they should bring at ship here to CA. Like you said the DLR is here u know and they could sail out of LA, PLUS it really wouldnt be that long of a trip to the ocean from the DLR with it only be like 10-15 mins away (the ocean) I think they should bring a disney cruise ship here for us to experience...I would care which of the disney ships it was either...the 1st on, the 2nd one, the 3rd one..! lol ;-) :-) if u know what I mean...

Re: Which Disney Cruise scenario do you prefer?

Absolutely there should be a Disney Cruise ship here!!! (on the West Coast). WDW may be a much bigger theme park, but think of the fact that WDW visitors have to travel all the way down through Florida to get to Port Canaveral. Long Beach is a hop and a skip away from DLR! It would be a piece of cake for people to book land/sea vacation packages!
Plus, consider the population of Southern California...whew...

Re: Which Disney Cruise scenario do you prefer?

I voted for them to have one in California. They should defniantely offer the land and sea cruise to those at Disneyland too.

Re: Which Disney Cruise scenario do you prefer?

I think I need to retract my vote, I never realized how many cruises came out of the east coast. Then again we are closer to the caribbean and such, so it would be easier for cruise ships.
Where does a ship go from the west coast?? Hawaii?? Mexico??

Re: Which Disney Cruise scenario do you prefer?

I like the flexibility of the 2 ships in the Caribbean, 'cause those are the only ones you're going to get Castaway Cay on! But a 3rd ship doing various itineraries might really be interesting.

I think that Disney will make a ton of money with the new cruise on the West coast. I like the 2 ships in the caribbean and 1 on the west coast.

Shades of Green

Has anyone seen any pictures of the inside of SOG since they have reopened. I would like to see what it looks like before I make my ressies for next year. If they are like the old SOG rooms I just might go to the wildness lodge instead.
