Which WDW resort has the best food?

There are so many dining opportunities at WDW. The majority of fine dining restaurants are located at deluxe resorts. So, out of all of them, which resort features the best overall dining experiences?

Animal Kingdom Lodge - Jiko and Boma
Beach and Yacht Club - Yachtsman Steakhouse and Cape May Cafe
Boardwalk Inn - Flying Fish and Spoodles
Contemporary - California Grill, Chef Mickey's and Concourse Steakhouse
Grand Floridian - Victoria & Albert's, Citricos and Narcoossee's
Polynesian Resort - 'Ohano and Kona Cafe
Wilderness Lodge - Artist Point and Whispering Canyon

I know that each of these resorts has additional restaurants, but I just listed the top two or three.

Oh, so many choices!

Obviously, one of my passions while visiting WDW is eating. Each resort features wonderful restaurants. You really can't go wrong by eating at one of the deluxe resort restaurants. But, I just can't pass up the choices at Boardwalk. I don't know if it is the atmosphere of the boardwalk, or just that there are so many wonderful places to eat. I have never had a mediocre meal at Spoodles or Flying Fish. I visit Spoodles at least twice each trip, and Flying Fish once, and when I return home, I wish I had gone more than I did. Thinking about right now is making me hungry!!!

Boardwalk hands down!!!

I am a huge fan of the Boardwalk. I love the atmosphere, the performers, the romantic view, I just love it. The food is great and there are a lot of choices. From the cart vendors who sell terrific french fries, to the creative, eclectic food at Spoodles, you just can't go wrong. Flying fish is a fantastic choice for a nice dinner out. A big plus is that you can rent a multi seater surrey bike after dinner to burn off some of the calories. If you haven't tried the bikes before, make it a priority. It is a lot of fun and a MAJOR workout.

I ate at most of the resorts during my last visit to WDW. All of them are worth while and have great food.

My favorite meal was at Wilderness Lodge (We also stayed there). I had The Buffalo Sausage with fried Apple as an appetizer and Trout with Pasta for my main course. I loved every bite and the meal was the most memorable.

:o (

my two favorite meats are buffalo and trout.

I'm getting ready to make tuscan trout and pasta tonight for dinner! Next weekend we are going to Ted's Montana Grill for Buffalo.

). :D

Flying Fish is awesome. We also had dinner in a resturant in CBR, for the life of me I can't think of it's name.

Re: Which WDW resort has the best food?

I haven't eaten at all of these resorts so my answer is based on the ones that I've been to. My answer: Contemporary Resort

I voted for the Poly but the Boardwalk was a very close second.
