Do you rent or buy Disney Animated Movies?

Many of the Disney movies you can watch over and over, and many you have a hard time watching once.

We buy all the DVD's as they become available. We don't buy any existing VHS movies. If we are dying to see one of the animated films that isn't on DVD, we rent.

We buy the DVDs as they become available as well. We NEVER by VHS anymore--but not because of the reason you may think. The DVDs take up WAY less space. So, as we buy the DVDs, we get rid of the VHS.

i buy some of them--since god created man i have been getting disney movies for christmas from my momma--which i love--but thats really the only time i ever purchase them--needless to say i had a ton of VHS movies....then the dvd craze came along and im staring all over again...

We are buying the DVDs as they come out. We have so many VHS tapes that take up so much room but I don't want to get rid of them just yet. We can put 24 DVDs in a CD/DVD case and take them in the car to play on long trips. I used to make my DS pick 3 or 4 VHS tapes to watch, now we can take 24 DVDs and they take up less room than 2 VHS tapes.

I pick up DVD's of some movies, I bought the new Mickey Christmas Movie, and it still sits in the wrapped package.

We usuallly don't go to the movies, we wait till they come out on pay for view or HBO. We Tivo most movies and watch them a few times before we delete them.

Me and my DD have most of them, but there are a few I never bothered to buy. I never got Home on the Range....hmm tha'ts about it. I have the rest I think.

have to say we have not been collecting them for as long as I wish we had but we are getting the collection together now. I very rarely rent x

I never understood buying movies! I mean if you have seen it you've seen it... right??? WRONG... DW has taught the error in my ways and we now have an extensive collection of DVD's and VHS... Both Disney and Non-Disney... I enjoy collecting the Disney... but still not sure I get having all those other movies!!

We had just about every Disney movie on VHS and now are getting our way close on DVD also by buying them as they come out. I agree with quite a few posters, we are running out of room for our collection. We have even transferred "Song of the South" to DVD for viewing.
