My mutual fund has Disney Stock in the fund, but I'm not considered a direct owner.

I looked into buying stock for my niece/nephew & my kids a few years ago, but the fees outweighed the shares...so I didn't. I haven't checked into again, maybe I should...I would buy if the fees associated with the transaction came down.

We do not own Disney stock as of yet. I do plan to purchase stock for my husband and two sons as christmas presents. We recently became DVC members so I think Disney stock will be another small way to own a piece of the magic so to speak.

I own 1 share of Disney Stock that I bought on-line. I get the Annual Report each year, invited to the shareholders meeting and I have received dividend checks each year that I have owned it. I have my stock certificate framed and hangin on the wall with pride!!
