Will you use the Disney Visa card to book your next Disney trip?

So, Disney is offering a promotional interest rate of 0% on all packages booked through Walt Disney Travel or on the Disney Cruise Line. Will you take advantage of this or not?

I said no, but only 'cause since I'm a DVC member now that's how I'll go. If I ever needed to book a full package though I certainly would. I will be putting air fare & spending money on it anyway, that just doesn't get the 0% financing. But I still get reward $$$.

I voted yes. I'd use it to rack up the reward points. Can you get that special if you use CRO and not a package? Anyways, I will be using it to book all my disney vacations!

Not sure if you were serious about the question or not, but you can! I gave them a credit card when I bought last spring. Of course it wasn't the Disney VISA, but it was a VISA. Great way to rack up those points!

I voted yes, but here's the caveat. I always pay my cc off at the end of each month, so the 0% doesn't mean much to me.:heart :)

I have cards that pay me cash. With cash, I can go where I want, and do what I want. I don't have to worry about using my rewards at a Disney related location.

Also, my Fleet Titanium Cash Rewards Visa card pays 2% and my Amex Cash Rewards card pays 3%, and that is WITHOUT carrying any balances. By the way, both of these cards are FREE! That beats the Disney Visa easily.

All that said, I still got the card. I have used it the one time so I can get my pin. Now it goes to the back of the drawer!:)

I'm the same way. The only thing is it would give you longer to pay it off if you needed the time still without paying any interest. A friend of mine kept asking me what the interest rate was on the Disney VISA. I told her several times that I didn't know 'cause it didn't matter to me 'cause I pay it off each month. (I don't think she believed me!) Finally gave her the phone number to call so she could find out herself.

According to Visa (Bank One) our card is on its way. I'm sure my DH will definately use it it May when we are back at DW. Then, pay it off the end of each month.!!! :) JOANN

I've been using my card all over town, and plan on paying if off next week. I just bought my AP's with it. I will be using the card also to pay off the remainder of the two rooms we have booked in june. Just another way to rack up the disney reward dollars.
