I start planning the next trip on the way home. It keeps the PDD from setting in. We are always so sad when we leave, so we start talking about what we want to do on the next trip.

Oh, I start thinking about the trip in my head before I'm even done with the one coming up. I always have a couple in planning stages.
 But I don't actually DO the actual booking and planning for real until the 8 to 10 month stage.
