Where should Disney build their next theme park?

So, with the opening of California Adventure and Tokyo Sea in the last twelve months, the near opening of Disney Studios Paris and the new park announced for Hong Kong, where should Disney build their next theme park?

I would like to see disney build a theme park in Philadelphia -- Disney-- Land of Liberty you know the whole Patriotic thing going on right now across the US it just makes good marketing sense. Plus there is plenty of available land in the city.

I say Washinton D.C.

That way I can go to Disney and visit my brother in DC at the same time.

I do the same when visiting my aunt and grandparents in Florda , I just say that I'm visiting them.

Oh and then they could build in Utah so I can visit that brother.

Or...Not

Actually I have no idea where they should build.
All I know is that if it is in the US it should be an addition to DL or WDW. That way the parks remain destinations instead of just tourist attractions.

After all do we rilly need another chain theme park like Six Flags??

Hawaii

I think they should build it in Hawaii. Because it's exaclty like florida and California. You go there on vacation you go to Disneyland Hawaii(kinda like Disneyland Paris;) )and go to the beach.

That's why I think they should build it in Hawaii!:)

I don't know where to put another park or what a WDW, WDL park would be based on (WDCalf seems to be a bust to me, I could be wrong).

If they are going to spend the money I would like to see it used on park improvement. Update (technology), add and improve the current parks around the world. I guess I'm still in a state of shock at seeing the condition of 20K on my last visit.

I'd like to see a Disney park somewhere in the Midwest. Not a traditional Disney park though. Since the midwest is sort of "thrill happy" (meaning, we seem to like thrill parks like Cedar Point, Kings Island, several 1/2 Dozen Flags...) I think that a Disney Thrill park would fit in nicely...

There have been rumors floating around about a 5th park in the not-so-distant future at WDW that would be a thrill park. Why not move it up to the Midwest?

Of course in Orlando!

I want all that Disney Magic close by! ;)

I have to say that I hope the next park will be better than AK. Just my opinion. The rumor is that it will be an Islands of Adventure style. That would be good to get some of the older kids out of MK some days.

Disney in 3 weeks!:)

With land cost what they are in many of those places, I don't see them opening anywhere anytime soon.

The "Florida Project" would be a hard act to follow.

Re: Where should Disney build their next theme park?

Most definitely Texas. I just want to know what it would feel like to get in a car and go to Disney as opposed to hopping on an airplane (it would also mean that I would have more money to spend in the park!!)

Re: Where should Disney build their next theme park?

I voted for WDW #5, mostly because that's where I vacation and because it's getting more and more crowded at all times of the year.

Re: Where should Disney build their next theme park?

I voted for WDW #5. Walt purchased all that land in Florida for one reason, expansion, so why not use it. I agree with SuiteDisney about the parks being more and more crowded. While MK will always be packed at certain times another park would help spread the crowds out nicely.

I think I would like to see another park at WDW. I agree with DayDreamer. If you got the land use it.
