Which Disney World hotel would you like to stay at the most?

There are so many wonderful hotels at Disney World. Out of all of them, which one would you like to stay in the most. Money is of no importance in the dream world, or course!

Animal Kingdom Lodge

We were able to visit the recently opened Animal Kingdom Lodge during our last visit. The meal at Jiko was outstanding, but the grounds are like nothing I had ever seen before. Great pool area, wonderful lobby and the most impressive views in all of Orlando. The animals are so close you feel like they are in your backyard. Next time my wife and I go alone, we will definitely stay there.

I just love Wilderness Lodge

We sneak over to the pool every time we visit WDW. I just can't get enough of the atmosphere. I would love to stay there, but we always stay at Old Key West because of the size of our family. Maybe I will save up next time and stay a couple of nights at Wilderness Lodge. I have stayed in the Yellowstone version, and it is great, but the rooms need updating, and it isn't across the street from Magic Kingdom. It does have the real Old Faithful though, so that is something!

Just something about the Contemporary resort!

I don't know if it is the monorail running through it, or the great views of the Magic Kingdom, or the great rooms, but it is just my favorite place. Would love to see the new Animal Kingdom resort also, but it that is #2.

Grand Floridian

The most romantic place in all of WDW, what more can I say?

My vote is a toss up between the Grand Floridian and Contemporary. Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to stay in the Contemporary Resort. Are they any rooms with a view of the Magic Kingdom? That would be sweet. :)

We're staying at CBR this time. We usually don't spend much time at the resort, so I couldn't see spending more. Having said that, if we ever went for 2 weeks or more, giving us time to spend at the resort, I'd go for AKL. DD and I are both animal nuts, and AKL would transport us to a fantasy within a fantasy.:) :p

Even though SSR is my home resort, I still want to try WL. I believe I can try six months in advanced.

Re: Which Disney World hotel would you like to stay at the most?

We have been lucky enough to stay at the Grand Floridian 3 times in our 22 years of Disney and it makes us feel so relaxed and pampered. Oh yeah - and the Magic Kingdom one monorail stop away - how could it get any better than that!!
