I would *definitely* consider it. I know the price would have to be more than any of their other prices, so, even though I wish it would be in th 500 dollar range- a 1000 range would probably be only fair to the company. But I would definitely want one, as I hope to visit there for many years on.

I too voted "depends on price". We are already annual passholders & DVC members. This would take a lot of the expense out of a WDW trip & we would visit much more often (if the tickets were reasonably priced). I do not believe that Disney would disrupt their revenue stream in this way. It could lead to drastic price increases in other areas.:) :)

We're AP holders & DVC members also. I voted in a heartbeat, but that was assuming that it includes water parks, DisneyQuest, etc. And knowing what we paid for the PAP, I'm figuring the price would have to be closer to $1,000. For lifetime it would have to be quite a bit more. It would be even better if DL was included in the pass.

I voted yes in a heartbeat. I am 29 years old and just last year took my 80 year old grandparents to WDW. So I figure I've got at least another 50 good years of going to WDW so even if we only went once a year and visited all 4 parks on each trip (and prices never went up again
) we would spend about $10,000.00 each in the next 50 years. So I would definately buy a lifetime pass. Just think of the money you would save over a lifetime, thousands and thousands of dollars.

I voted for "depends on the price". My 1st inclination was to say "Yes'! But it would really depend on the price. I would say if it was around $1000 I would do it. I would also assume that if it is a lifetime pass, there is 1 price, and not a child's price.
This would make our vacations a little less expensive after the initial purchase of the pass.

I also voted for depends on the price. And, to stay in step with the others, $1000 sounds reasonable. Any less wouldn't be fair to the company, and any more would be too much at one shot just for park passes.:heart :)

I hate to be a spoilsport and would LOVE to see the price in the $1000 range but I think you would have to at least double that and maybe even go to $5,000. Think about it. An annual pass is more that $400-500 for one year. If a lifetime pass was only $1000 that's only the equivalent of 2 years. I don't think $1000 is good business and I'll bet TPTB would reject that price real fast. I'd probably still buy it and then go as frequently as I could! :D

lifetime pass
Questions: 1) Price, 2) What happens when they add parks? All that being said, as one who goes about 2 times per year (from TN) chances are pretty good I'd buy. Why not, we bought into the DVC!!

Depend on price..but what an option. All the things I thought of were discussed. agree as skybug said it would lead to higher prices in other areas so it would have to include water parks, Disneyquest, Pleasure Island and as wdw4me said what about if they add more parks. It would have to cost in the 3000 to 5000 (or more) range to make it worth it for WDW. They would not get so many purchasers that they would loose there annual stream of cash..but it could give them a big annual revenue boost, at least in the first few years, to make the bottom line look good when they need it.
BUT....They know we're coming anyway :laugh
