Frontierland is where I worked, so it's my home in the World. ;)

Liberty Square - 'cause of the Mansion. That's easy.

Definitely not Fantasyland - unless, of course, it was remodeled like Disneyland's. Then, it may overtake the Mansion's presence over Liberty Square.

Aww gee, tinkerbell, you just made it a Disney day for me today by remembering. It sure has been too long. I try to look in every couple of days, but my time is really at a premium these days.

I have been getting eaten up by the saveDisney bug these days, watching what's happening, and not being overly happy. Because of that, I've been reading/watching/participating in Disney news much more than usual.

To keep to the topic of this thread - Disney could really, really demonstrate Walt's values by re-facing Fantasyland like they did in Disneyland. It's not necessary, and the financial impact (benefit) would not be directly signficant; but it sure would go a loooooooooooooong way to showing us that this is still Walt's dream.

Does anybody else have ideas that'd be similar - WHOA! Gotta start a thread on this one...

Save Disney

Have to agree with BuzzLightBeer ( love the name by the way ! ). I've been accessing the " Save Disney " website to keep up to speed on developments.

Disney has to be one of , if not THE , most high profile brand name on the planet ( and beyond ). It's synonimous with quality of product and customer satisfaction. This success has never before been built on the " fast buck " mentality of most other corporations of similar magnitude. I'd like to think that this philosophy won't be allowed to change. They have proved over the years that you can be highly successful without exploitation.

I love to think of myself as a " Guest " and the staff as " cast members ". It was Walt's idea................and it's a fabulous one.

What do you think ?

Rob.

Just to let you know, Disney is the second most recognized Logo Worldwide- just behind Coca-Cola. I learned this last semester in my Hospitality class. My Prof would be so excited to know I learned something.....

Although I love all the rides & attractions in the other lands, there's just something about the feeling you get from walking up & down Main Street. I could go & not ride 1 single ride, but still feel like I'd experienced WDW just by spending time on Main Street! It's the first place we go & the last place we see on our trips.

This is one of the hardest to choose. I finally picked Frontierland. I love all the lands though.

Fantasyland will always be my favorite even if Sara isn't into all the rides in that section anymore. It holds SO many great memories of her as a toddler that I can't help but sign when I walk through. I can still see her on her first Dumbo ride.......

I love Liberty Square because I really enjoy the Presidents and Haunted Mansion. However, nothing can compare to the feeling I have when I am on Main Street....as mentioned in other posts; the shops, parades, and what can compare to the view of the castle?
