wow this is a very hard poll to vote for. I love a lot of MK. My top 3 are: Tommorowland, Liberty Square (i luv the hall of presidents), and Fronteirland. those lands contain some of the best rides in WDW.

I put Exitland...I got sick at the Magic Kingdom and did not have a good day there...I was thinking First Aid StationLand since that is where I was most of the day.....I will go back in Feb. 2005 and give you an update then!

This is one hard poll but I just had to vote for Fantasyland. To me, it's just what Disney is about - fantasy, magic, everything! It's just the whole atmosphere. I LOVE it!

Now, if we're talking rides I'd have to say Liberty Square simply because of HM and the Hall of Presidents.

But bottom line - I love it all.

Hard to choose a favorite however, nothing beats the feeling of seeing Main Street and walking down it. So that is my vote!

Main Street USA

Main Street USA is our fav. Gives you that sort of warm and fuzzy feeling...especially if you vacation during the Christmas season like us.

my favorite "land" is fantasyland. i love being near cinderella castle. i love watching the cinderella show in front of the castle, followed by many characters coming out for a meet and greet. i love the atmosphere that fantasyland has when the characters are around the castle, especially mickey mouse.

I chose Frontierland because of BTMRR, and Spl Mt, two of my favorite attractions. I really love Tomorrowland, but with AE being gone, and CoP being closed most of the time, it pretty much leaves Sp Mt the "biggie" here. I still love TTA, and Cosmic Rays, but I think Frontierland still wins out.

I love Liberty Square and it was tough not to vote for it, but I had to go with Main Street. The feeling you get stepping out of the train station for the first time on a trip and looking down Main Street is one of the best in the world. Whenever I think of going to WDW, this is the image that always comes to mind. I hate to admit this publicly, but I get goose bumps just thinking about it.

I love the Haunted Mansion and being a teacher of gov't and history, I LOVE Liberty Square. The Hall of Presidents is a must see for me every year whether my DD likes it or not.

One of the most precious memories I have of my childhood at Disney was being picked once to be the girl wearing the mobcap for the daily procession of the Fife and Drum Brigade that went through Liberty Square once every day in the seventies. I still have pictures. They don't do that now that they have them over in Philadelphia at EPCOT, but it was a real treat when I was a girl, and the Hall of the Presidents was a must see every trip back then, too - only there weren't so many presidents to see in there back then. :laugh

I picked Liberty Square because I love the HM.

But I probably should have picked Main Street because of the way it makes me feel everytime I see it.

Re: What is your favorite "land" in the Magic Kingdom?

fantasyland is my favorite "land" because it's near the castle, hehe, it has the tea cups, the carousel (sp?), ariel's grotto, the sword in the stone show, and the rides on my to-do list: peter pan's flight, snow white's adventure, winnie the pooh, and of course mickey's philharmagic.
