I haven't seen Philharmagic, or I may have voted for that. But I went with Expedition Everest because it sounds like it's certainly going to be comparable to one of the "mountains"--and we know those last! :D

I chose Philharmagic because it's classic Disney and everyone can enjoy it. The only other one I've been on is MS and it was awesome, but I think thrill rides tend to lose some of their charm after many years (Mission Space for example). I still think the thrill rides are great and will be exciting for many years, maybe even beyond 10, but at some point I'd think they would need to be refurbished or replaced.

Soarin gets my vote. If you've never been on it, you are missing out. It is the most incredible ride experience I have had. Nothing like it anywhere!

Re: Which ride will stand the test of time?
I didn't vote since It's a small world wasn't there. I think rides like this one will be there forever. Dumbo and the Mad Tea Party are two others I believe will stand the test of time. Like, who doen't know these two stories. It's should be a pre-requisite before become a teenager!

Re: Which ride will stand the test of time?
I would have to say Mickey's Philharmagic because it is the easiest one to modify. Don't get me wrong, I love the show as is, it is still brand new. But eventually, it may need some updating with scenes from the newer Disney movies like Finding Nemo or Monsters, Inc.

Re: Which ride will stand the test of time?
Mission Space is not a very repeatable ride. Unless the missions are variable or changed often, I cannot see it lasting long term.
Philharmagic and all shows and 3D shows come and go. Soarin I cannot fully comment on until I try it. Coasters seem to last the test of time the longest and I see Everest being no different.

Re: Which ride will stand the test of time?
As much as I love Philharmagic...I have already heard some friends say that it is predictable and set...if they changed the songs offering a different show everytime would really hook the audience...so my vote had to go for Soarin'...that ride literally took my breath away...it is basically set in stone.
