I voted for Expedition Everest because it the only one listed that doesn't rely on screen-based technology. It's hard to picture it but in 10 years from now the technology of Mission Space, Soarin', & Philharmagic could look "old" to us. Think "Star Tours" 10 years ago, those screens and the "technology" looked just fine to us and now with the inception of liquid crystal, plasma, etc. the screens look outdated, old, and grainy.
Expedition Everest is a "mountain coaster" and it usually takes those a VERY VERY long time to feel outdated. It will DEFINATELY withstand the test of time.

I voted Everest with Soarin a really strong second. Both are really great rides but there was something special about Everest that I would go to AK just to ride it.
