Re: DC Apprentice Discussions

What are you looking for in a task? I'm not looking for task specifically but what type of tasked would you like to see more of?

(I have plenty of task ideas but your input will help shape them)

Thanks for your input,

Tigger

Re: DC Apprentice Discussions

I'm going to formally bow out. I'm just not that creative. I can come up with a few decent ideas, but my last two entries have been weak at best. The tasks are beginning to feel like homework. lol

Good luck to those who continue.

Re: DC Apprentice Discussions

I'm giving DCA a break for a week. If you have been playing I would welcome you back for the last 2 tasks (task 10 is for the top 3 vote getters).

I'm currently reading "The Imagineering Way" anyone else here read it yet?

Re: DC Apprentice Discussions

This is just a short paragraph from "The Imagineering Way" on "You Are Creative. Remember?"

Quote:

No Matter what anyone might say to the contrary (including yourself!), you do have a creative bone in your body. It's a natural part of your being. Like everyone else on this planet, you were born with the gift of being creative and probably had a joyous time with it until you started to "grow up". That's when you put this gift back in the box, much like to you were getting too old to play with. It would be a shame to spend the rest of your life leaving this most precious box - filled with countless dreams and untold surprises- tucked away and unopened!

Great chapter reinforcing my belief that we are created creative but we are talked into denying it.

Re: DC Apprentice Discussions

SeattleRedBear,

No problem...I think you will really enjoy the book. I did

It is my hope that people will play DCA and find that creative spark...realize that gift inside of them as they read along on the solutions or get excited about seeing something at Disney in a different light.

I wanted to post more from this book by most of the entries are to long. I will just encourage everyone to get their hands on this book and give it a read over.

If any of you have any thoughts on being creative please post.
