Not sure what book you are talking about (I do collect pins, but just for myself, I don't trade). Did you try disneyshopping.com-enter keyword "pin" and see what pops up. Otherwise go to the disney pin site and see what they may have.

If you mean like a pin trading bag, then go to ebay and search that. I found the perfect one for 20.00 that a serious disney collector made and sold in bulk. It's fanastic. You can pm if you would like more info.
Or if you mean like a pin value book, please if someone has or knows where to get one I'd be very happy. I tried at Border's but they only have one updated to 2000 :/.

I got mine on eBay b/c I wanted an official Disney one but didn't feel like paying full price for one just to put my pins in and sit in my office. I don't pin trade so it never leaves my house. I have a plaid Tinkerbell one that I got on eBay for $15, it sold in the parks for $29.99 I believe.

We thought about buying a book for historical purposes, but then we decided not to do it since new pins are coming out all the time. Now I wish we had gotten one...
