    12 pounds is nothing to sneeze at
    My weight wavers too. I think I'll stop weighing myself for a while and get back on track. I have been good. Today is day 3. I should be fine.

    Sorry I haven't checked in in awhile. Dopey just won't let me stop discussing politics with her - so I have no time at all.

    I haven't lost any - but I haven't gained any either - I'm still at 12 pounds (sometimes 11, sometimes 13) but staying the same. I'm really, really, really going to try to go back on the diet next Monday. I like it, but I just find it so hard to do when you're not completely prepared for it and you have to go out, etc. I know, just excuses, but if I can lose weight in 12 pound increments over the next few months (even 5 pound increments) I'll be happy.

    Well, not starting Nov 4 as planned. Just found out I'm pregnant! I've lost my last two at 8.5 weeks, so hopefully this one will stick!

    Hi everybody! Just checking in to see how all you losers are doing. I am off this week, too many things to tempt me this week to even try. I will start back up next Monday. I even have my sister and one of my sister in laws ready to start next week as well! Good luck everybody, have a good week!

    nanu, I didn't get that. There's an online book that comes with the 39.00 that I look at quite frequently and it gives tips for after the diet. I thought that was enough. Now I wish I had taken a second look

    Joy...I was wondering what had happened to you. Hope you're feeling better.
    I am starting a new round tomorrow. It's been a bit hectic here and I fell off the waggon a couple of times but still lost a little weight.

    Hey everyone,
    I just got over a terrible flu/cold so I have been off the diet for a week. I am back on it today and ready to go. I didn't gain any weight back (from being sick) but I didn't lose any so I am still at 15 pounds lost. DS's 2nd birthday is in 6 weeks and I really want to lose at least another 10 pounds before then.

    It's a one time payment. You can print out menus until you weigh 0 pounds
    That is what made me try it. I have spent hundreds on weight watchers and lost and gained. This one if you're off it for a while, costs nothing else and you can immediately loose weight again.
    Go for it. Just don't buy fancy starbucks every day and in 10 days you have saved enough money to pay for the diet plan.

    I am not understanding your question re. calories. We don't count calories. They keep track of it for you with the foods you choose!
