That's very, very good MissDis. Like I said below, instead of deli meats, you can slice a chicken breast, a steak, a corned beef brisket and it is healthier than those salt laden deli meats.
I like the way this diet works because it is the kind of grazing one does at a buffet. I also like not snacking. The time between meals is completely void of foods except for water, tea or coffee (in my case more tea)
I don't miss constantly looking for something to stick in my mouth.
I have been able to stick my shirt inside now without the dreaded muffin top appearing. I hate the muffin top. I am totally slimming in the waiste and my tripple chin has completely disappeared. My rings all need to be made smaller, I can now wear my favorite Judith Leiber belt again. But! I am far away from my former self. I pulled out a leather skirt I am holding on to and I have to say, neither my butt nor waiste will fit in there for a long time - if ever again. But that's ok. I am looking good and getting better
nanu, you have lots of time to take those pounds off - if you stick to the diet like I did during the first few rounds of 11 days, you'll loose 9-10 pounds during the first round for sure
