I'm in a wedding Dec 27, and I'd like to drop 10 pounds...so it should be possible, right?

I'm pretty sure I'm going to start on Nov 3. (Well in advance, huh?) I think you said to start on a Monday, right? My parents are visiting next week, so I don't need them and DH wondering why I'm eating pineapple and bacon for dinner.

I've lost 2 pounds - but it's been a stressful week for me - I haven't really been eating at all. I'm hoping things are back to normal on Monday, cause I want to start again. Anyway - I've lost 14 pounds and not put any back on - yet. So I'm happy with the results I've been getting - even though I haven't been sticking precisely to it. 2 days on - one day off - hmmmm

Yesterday morning, while waiting for 'Sunday morning' to come on, there was an infomertial on about a diet that sounded just like what we're doing with the exception of the lenght of time. 2 days on 1 day cheat. $ 6. per month. They print out menu and shopping list. How about them apples?

I lost a bit on this round, but I have been bad. Bin to Cracker Barrel twice in one week and had the breakfast with all I could get

OK, here is some weird news...
I started the diet again, because I started having cravings... fo rbanana milkshakes and frozen yogurt, roast beef and grilled zucchini! Bizarr-o. I guess my butt is trying to tell the rest of me to get back on the diet.

Hi everybody! I found some yummy roast beef (Boars Head) and it is not so bad. I have 3 more days on my second round, I have only lost 3 lbs this round, but I guess I should be glad I didn't gain any. :) I am going to take a break for a while after I finish this round, then perhaps one more time before Thanksgiving rolls around. :)

Hi nanu- were dropping dough .
You must start, the very least you're going to loose is 10 pounds. That looks good no matter what, right?

Hey guys, I haven't been around (obviously) because I never got around to join. But my brother just asked me to be in his wedding in 2 months, and since bridesmaids dresses are made to look awful, I've decided that I need to do something. Before I drop the dough (double meaning here, LOL) I wanted to see how everyone did with results thus far?

well, I am glad someone is here besides me. I was going to crown myself 'biggest Looser'.
I figured the same. Roasted meat is roasted meat and yes, roast beef from the deli counter is not really all that. There are things in there that make it smell gross and the texture is not meat at all. Weird

I am recovering from not loosing much last round. It's going down, down, down.

Well, steak sliced up IS roast beef slices, the way I look at it. I'm just not a huge fan of coldcuts meat. Especially beef - for some reason it always taste weird to me - not like beef at all. I'd rather poach a chicken breast or broil a steak and slice it up.
