    thank you my darlink cheerleader. I am on day 3 of cheating, and cheated I have.
    Printing out the new menu for this week. I will get a grip and I will not disappoint either you, nor my husband nor myself. I have channeled a Dr. Phil....

    Ok my dear ladies. First of all, do not beat yourselves up. Take a step back. You have done very well so far, you just need to get yourselves in the right frame of mind. Llama, give your self a time limit and then, back to the diet. We all have times when we just can't get motivated. It will pass. Aim for Monday, but if that doesn't work, then aim for next Monday. It seems to work best at the beginning of the week. Here is what I did last week, I stuck to the diet for breakfast and lunch, but then I ate dinner with the family, just watched my portions and no bread or pasta. It worked very well, I didn't lose much, but I didn't gain anything either. :)

    blech, I have not been very good. For some reason I did so much better during the first 2 rounds. I am getting wayyyy too laid back. Discipline is what is needed. Shtoopid me. I always manage to sabotage my efforts with nearly everything I do.

    errr.....I think I need to see a shrink and not blab to youse guys

    I'm just being plan bad - no excuses - I'm totally miserable that I'm not following the diet and I'm totally miserable that I have no self-control at the moment. I keep telling myself - tomorrow - and then tomorrow comes and goes. Recruit me up LMS - I need help!

    Well how is everybody doing? Awfully quiet here. I started back up today, and I recruited another person over the weekend. I feel like we have our own little cult going here. :) Hope everyone is well, and sticking to their menus.
