I'm joining Georgia Buzzers thanks to an invitation from brebre51 and I'm excited to be here. I've been looking at the members board to see who's from Georgia. I live in Stockbridge. I've lived here all my life, except when for a couple of years when the "ex" was in the military. I'm married and have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Aside from Disney, I love college football, NASCAR, scrapbooking,needlework and photography. I am a grief support leader and I work full time for Clayton Co.

A week, brebre. Just goin back home to figure out some financial stuff and visit my folks and get some good food in me. =( haha

I'm movin most of my stuff off the floor, Hanna or no. My roomate will be in the apartment so I'm sure she'll take care of my stuff too.

I have lived 37 years on the Georgia coast. Most (I say most) hurricanes that have followed in the path of Hanna have USUALLY moved out to the NE & gone into the Carolinas. We get very little wind & rain off of them when that happens. But, hurricanes & TS are not always predictable. As of right now, there are two more Tropical Storms out there: Ike & Josephine. They all bear watching.

How long are you going to be gone? Have a fun & safe trip. (((hugs)))

I know its 5 days in advance, but is Hanna worrying anyone else? If it hits, I'll be up north in MD anyway, but...I hate to leave my stuff here...on the first floor..in Savannah! =(
