Oh, how nice. I sing in the choir at our church. I am our substitute SS class teacher when our teacher has to be out. Thankfully, that isn't very often. My husband is on the properties committee. I would like to head up our prayer chain at church. Our new year begins next month. Plus, we clean the church. It is the most rewarding job we have. We had a Gideon come & speak this morning. My mother is quite hard of hearing. She has had hearing problems since she was a child. She wears aids but refuses to learn the deaf alphabet. I had a niece who was deaf but she passed away at a young age. Nice to meet you.

Hi Brebre,
I was employed as a Christian School teacher for 21 years. I'm actually working in industry now, and have changed churches. I currently sing in the choir, teach the Sunday School class for deaf and hard of hearing, and am being trained to serve as an interpreter for the preaching

I noticed that you are employed by a church. DH & myself are employed by the church where we attend. I thought that was interesting.
