Iris, in the lower right hand of your home page, there is a window called Group Memberships. Click on that and then at the bottom of that screen you will see a gray bar with "Create A New Group" as an option.

Hey Debi, how did you create that moderator group?

They just started doing this on another forum of mine. It's just supposed to be to leave a message but everyone who stops by can read it. So I guess the purpose is to be more of a bulletin.
