Disney and Coney Island
An interesting article in the NY Post today stated that Disney may be interested in buying the Coney Island property and try to revitilize the area like the success of Time Square. If that's the case, great news to the New York area. If anybody's interested in the article, here's the link: http://nypost.com/news/regionalnews/53015.htm

Oh, that would be great! Although I have visited NY many times, I have never been to Coney Island so I only know it through the Travel Channel and Food Network (hot dogs, of course). It would be nice to see the place revitalized and I would certainly venture out there! :)
Thanks for sharing the info!

That would be great. After all Coney Island is already a part of the Disney history. King Arthur's Carosel at Disneyland was purchased by Walt Disney from Coney Island. :)

NY Disney
Hi everyone,
I think it would be Great for NY to have a Disney park, especially with what the NYers have had to deal with lately. I say good on Disney. Also it would be a great chance to stay over in NY for a few days on my way to Orlando..:D
