Disney called me TODAY
Disney called me TODAY. Just a few minutes ago really. It was customer relations or communications or something like that I was so caught off guard I don't remember. They were calling to thank me for my e-mail I sent a couple weeks ago.
I sent an e-mail telling them what great service I have been receiving from the Central Reservations cast members and how we were looking forward to our trip and that they were all making it very special for us. So they just called to thank me for my kind e-mail and that was it. Of course I rambled on a little bit about how excited we are and that we were actually doing our budget right then when she called and the kids and I were counting out their Disney money for the trip. Anyway - just a little more pixie dust to my trip.

I am so happy that you took the time to praise them. Something good instead of bad in an email has to make their day. How cool of them to call and thank you. That had to get you even more excited for your trip!
