Let's all take a minute to ask God to protect all the people in the path of this storm.

Father, all the elements of nature obey your command. Calm the storms and hurricanes that threaten us and turn our fear of your power into praise of your goodness. Grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

I agree with Rlander my DH just asked me to send a check to help Cast Members who are in need of Monetary support, these people work hard to create the "Magic" that is associated with Disney, may you find it in your hearts to give back to these wonderful people in their time of need: Please send your donations to:

What a great idea and kind gesture. I will say the prayer for all involved and send a check to the cast members who make our magic possible. Don't forget the people of Florida. The Red cross is taking donations to help them as well.

I thank God for people like you guys who are so compassionate and caring. I'll definitely be saying a prayer for everyone in Florida, including the CM's and the animals at AK. How sad to be hit with such another horrific storm.

there are people on DC and I have family and friends in the current path .. my prays are with everyone who survived Charley and now have to face Francis.

My prayers are with you---living in Georgetown, SC, I know first hand the danger of these storms as well as the expense of getting your life back together. We had Hugo and several smaller ones since then. Good Luck everybody and MAY GOD BLESS YOU THROUGH IT ALL!!!!

Thanks,all. I am posting from safety in Tampa at my aunt's house. She hasn't been on the computer since I arrived!!(LOL) Oh,everyone please say a prayer for my car,which died on I-4 30 miles from my aunt's house. It looks like I'll have to get a new car!!!

Thanks for your prayers. I am in Deerfield Beach, FL right on the Broward/Palm beach county line. The storm is hitting above us but we are still seeing trees down, wind and rain. the 11am update is that the winds are picking up and it may be a Cat 3 when it hits land.

There was a WDW spokesperson on our news. She said that everyone asks about the Animals at AK. They are safe and in the compounds that were built to withstand the strongest hurricane. When asked about the revenue impact she said they are still recovering from Charley. She stated WDW has spent 2.7 million $$ on relief for employees who lost their homes.

Keep those prayers coming for all in the path of Francis. And for the one behind her, Ivan. Headed in her same path.
