Thanks for the update. With all the hurricanes lately, we have been concerned about more coming while on vacation there starting 9/25. And we had heard that September was a great time to go to WDW.................hmmm

It was blistering hot and as humid as I've ever experienced. DS was 3 1/2 and he had a great time, but DW and I were dying. She was pregnant with DD and both of us ended up chafing on our inner thighs. Not fun. Now this year with all the hurricanes.. (bear in mind, this year is the worst year ever for hurricanes in FL, so it is by no means indicative of normal weather). I'm thrilled to be going in Dec this year and Oct next year.

Usually we go in April/May, which is great, but our first Grandchild was born 5/3 and we had to postpone awhile. I think we will go back to Spring for next year! In any case, it is usually a nice break from the Seattle drizzle.

Actually, September is a strange month here in Florida. Remember Summer is officailly over unit the 21st. That being the case you can have very hot and humid weather. And as we've experienced this year, you can have bad weather. The only really good thing is that thre are usually no crowds at all.

Please disregard my request, already located the number, however I still don't know any more than I did before I called.
So far, no planned changes to ports of call, no known changes to the embarkation location. The Captain as usual has final call on all of the above. Makes me wanna utter a very un-Disney-like *#@!.

It looks like it will probably weaken again over Hispanola. It might even be downgraded to a TS and then back to a Hurricane when it gets back over water.
This one seems like it's going to be more of a nuisance than anything else. Of course I think I said something similar to that about Ivan...
