You know I really do not know how to respond to that either... Do you think that they are really just trying to get rid of a liability... or is he really causing this much trouble. If he is it makes me wonder if he was innocent of the other.. just my opinion. not ment to offend anyone... šošJudy

How does one respond to that????? It makes you think.....did he really fondle the girl and get off or is he really a target? My first instinct to this article was that he really did all of this. Why would Disney want anymore bad press?

well the article makes me think he was a target, as for 1 reason they said that was something people playing goofy do, to make it look animated. However a second reason would be they said the people from kodak thought it was a friend of there's well if they had no problem with it being a friend, then they see who it is, my question is did they realize it was Chartland? and that was the reason they filed the charges. the next question I have is was this on stage or back stage? there are alot of questions to be asked about this and my personal thoughts are the charges will be unfounded.

I would really like more info too... but to see it in the paper again does make you wonder if he did fondle the women and it also makes me think that he might just be a target... I would have like to have been in court to hear what was really said... to have my own opinion of it... I really do not know what to think... šošJudy

Who put him back on costumed character duty??? Seems like a good candidate for a different type of WDW role after the first allegations, whether he was found innocent or not. Just to prevent further issues, including actual innapropriate behavior or outside interests targeting the guy.
