What's the most pitiful thing you do to get a Disney Fix?
I've seen previous posts which ask what you do to get a Disney Fix when you need one (i.e., visit a Disney store). But, I'd like to know what the most pitiful thing is you do to get that fix. I'll share mine.
I visit the local Wal Mart's. Although it's about 20 miles from the nearest river (the Hudson River), sea gulls congreagate around the garbage bins. Just hearing the sea gulls reminds me of walking along the lake at the Yacht Club. Isn't that pitiful?  |

Ummm... right now I'm AVERAGING 9.6 posts/day. As recently as a month ago, it was down around 8.3. MEANING, I've been posting and average of about 15/day over the past month.
That can't be good.

My DD has this video tape that was shot in DL. It has lots of the rides and characters in it as well as classice disney songs. Everytime I see it I say remember that? Sometimes we even watch the planning video sent out from WDW.

Ditto to what karliebug said! I also start going through my photo albums from previous trips. It also helps to find a friend who is in the planning stages & bug the heck out of them with my wealth of knowledge!! LOL

I usually watch my home movies that I took while I was at WDW. I have about 6 of them from our last trip. I usually watch at least once a week. We have home movies from 1990, 1997, 2002, so I have about 14 tapes. It is great. I love to video tape everything at disney.

We Go To The Disney Store And Poke Around- We Look At Photo Albums Too And We Just Talk About Our Trips Constantly What Our Favorite Rides Are- What Rides We Are Going To First At Each Park When We Go Back...

When I am very hard up, I go to the WDW welcome center on the other side of town. I just wonder in the shop, and I go watch the "movie" they play about the resorts and parks.

Let's see, I'm sitting here posting on DC, with one of my _many_ disney hats on, listing to Park Hopper Radio, and surrounded by the pictures of WDW that I have hanging on the walls.
Wow, that's pretty bad. I think I'll go work in the garden a little. Need to rearrange my Disney garden figures out there! -harry

We pop down to Downtown Disney every chance we get, sometimes we will go in the morning and then come back in the evening.

I annoy the heck out of my friends. I repeat "Guess where I wanna go..." every five minutes, and for some strange reason my friends always know the answer is Disney! Now how can that be?? Certainly not because I talk about Disney nonstop... but I can't help it! I'm in love with the mouse!!

We watch the planning video, go to the Disney Store, and look at all the park maps we brough back with us! I also have a Disney Dollor in my purse for each member of the family.

Every day to work I wear: my Disney socks (I have over 10 pairs not the same ones lolol), my mickey watch, my mickey ring and my third hole in my left ear alwasy has a mickey pink stud in it. I bring my guiide books to work so I can read about my favorite place if I ever get the pleasure of a real lunch break...not often. I have my planning stuff at home to play with when I really need a fix and I also will watch the planning viedeos (i have three different ones) from time to time. My latest thing is watching the Christmas parade that llama taped for me over and over again. I don't think any of this is pathetic.... I don't have a problem I sware..
 Better to be addicted to WDW than something else. I think we are all perfectly normal.... to each other anyway. Other people think we are insane, but that's because they don't "get it". Their loss.

Everything reminds me of Disney!!!! Across from my college, there is this strip mall that has these old light posts with little flames in them, that reminds me of the Haunted Mansion. And I went to this hotel for a banquet and they had this indoor fountain with lights reflecting of the water. This reminded me of the inside of Mexico. Besides that and more, I just talk to my disney freak friend Jill about the latest news...she is also known as Princess Jill. It does not get better than that, remembering the good times...oh besides going there for real!!!
