Where are those US Airways posts? They nearly gave me a heart attack today!!
I got home this afternoon and got a recorded message on my machine to call US Airways due to a change in our travel plans. Clue in panic, bankruptcy thoughts...
After 15 minutes of attempting to get to a HUMAN I was told that yes, there was a change in our schedule, that we'd be arriving 23 minutes earlier than the original itinerary. Funny thing is, the "old" arrival time they gave me was 10 minutes later than what my reservation had on it. No phone call for that change...lol Then I reprimanded the lady telling her what a scare they gave me! She laughed and said it happens allll the time.   |
