2 weeks to 2 weeks in WDW!!!!

WOW!!! 2 weeks to go!!! We have been planning so long, that I can't believe that we are so close!!! My DK's are sooo excited, they countdown everyday and their smiles are just enchanting!!

I just want to thank everyone that has given me advice and thoughts on this adventure!!! DC is a wonderful place!!!

Thanks guys,

I am sure I can write a very long trip report. I am quit long winded!! When I started this planning our countdown clock said over 900 days. Now its just 14! I still can't believe it!

POOH, i noticed that you visited the Royal Pacific Resort in Universal. Did you like it. We were there in October, so I was wondering what you thought of it. If you haven't gone yet, I won't say anything about it. Just wanted your opinion......take care

We are staying in the Royal Pacific for the first night before we go on the Disney Cruise, and we can not wait to stay there. DW and Little DS are going to hang by the pool and me and my older DS (6) are heading to IOA!!!!!! with our ascess key to skip whatever lines may be there.

We stayed 4 nights at BCV and 4 nights at Royal Pacific Hotel at Universal. Of course, being spoiled from having a two room suite with full kitchen and then going to a regular hotel was hard. But it is a beautiful hotel and Universal was filming at the pool the last day we were there, and they got all the kids who were at the pool area to be in it. It must have been for promotional purposes, i guess. The only thing I find about that hotel is, it is not kid friendly, they do not have any reasonably priced places to eat, there is a pool area bar with burgers, hot dogs, etc., but not really for families with many kids to feed. We did make suggestion about having an ice cream parlor and a really reasonable place where families can take there kids to have a nice meal without breaking them.

Thats about it, though, it was very nice. Take advantage of the bus service, no one knew about it, and we rode on it every day by ourselves, while e1 else was taking the boat or walking. The boat is nice, but gets crowded. And the bus leaves you off right outside the archway of Universal. I kid you not, we rode it there and back with just the four of us everyday. It was great. 900 days wow.The longest my countdown has been has to be a little over 100. And that always seemed like a long time to me.
