Girl in the Bell Jar???

A while back, my mom remembers seeing a Disney movie on the Wonderful World of Disney called the girl in the belljar...or something like that. She said it was really really good and that she would love to get it if it was out on vhs or dvd? Does anyone know if it is because it would be the perfect Disney Christmas gift? Thanks for any help!

I don't know the Disney movie titled that, but there is a book written by Sylvia Plath called "The Bell Jar"

I have no clue...do you think they could be related? What was the Bell jar book about?

Dang, someone else made the Sylvia Plath comment before I could, only mine would have been funny. ;)

I can only think of one Sylvia Plath work off the top of my head which would be remotely appropriate for Disney... (a delightful poem about beds, in case you're curious, involving all kinds of imaginary ones, like one which you can pilot like a submarine underwater and so on; I think she wrote it for her children. Most of her writing is, ah, not exactly cheerful...)

Well the movie was called "Girl in a Bell Jar"...so maybe they are completely different!

I remember seeing a movie called "Child of Glass" a long time ago on Wonderful World of Disney. Or maybe on Vault Disney. Maybe this is the one?
