Avatar Change
I want to have my Avatar be a picture of my son. Every time I try to change it something pops up saying that the image is too large. Does anyone know how to shrink the image?

Do you have Photoshop, or a similar image processing software?
In your image processing software open the photo of your son, then choose the resize image option, and resize it to the desired size, making sure that you keep the proportions the same (i.e. going from 8x10 to 4x5, etc) so it does not look funny. To get the memory size down, choose the save for web option and choose a memory size that is within the maximum amount of memory for avatars. Sorry I am not more clear, I do not know which software you are using so I cannot give more specific instructions!

In windows there is a program called Paint or Painter, Open the program, then open the photo in the program and change it there.

If you can't get it change, just email me the photo, and I will change it and email it back. Not a problem. Just send it to pin at disneycentral dot com. Of course, replace the at with @ and the dot with a period.
