It's various times of the year for the different resorts. It starts the 2nd of January(I think) til the second week in February(roughly around President's week)and it comes back a little bit after July 4th.

Even WDW official website will tell you the different seasonal rates on each resort.
But the parks are DEAD the first couple weeks of January. That's why I'm going!
