Manly things at WDW

I took DH to WDW for the first time last year, though he enjoyed the look on DD face as we explored things, he really didnt have to much of his own fun.
Well this year we are going to be staying on property and I would like to find a few things that would please him.
He is a golfer so I already looked into that, but what else is there for a big boy to play at, while DD visit CRT and a few other things that he wont really enjoy.
Please help me get some ideas that will make this trip just as enjoyable for him as it will be for DD and I.

Re: Manly things at WDW

queensmama,
Beyond golfing, a few things come to mind:
-ESPN Club on the Boardwalk (call a few weeks ahead to find out about special events, like visiting athletes or show broadcasts)
-Rent boats at many of the resorts (for boating or fishing--they rent poles too)
-Richard Petty Driving Experience (expensive, but you get to drive a real race car)
-Spring training with the Braves at the Sports Complex (they have other events there too)

Hope that helps,
DT

I don't know about HIM, but I plan on PARASAILING! (With DD, but that doesn't mean it's not manly - lol). BTW: I am a man and I love EVERYTHING about WDW (well, almost).

I think the parasailing is only at the Contemporary.

Re: Manly things at WDW

I enjoy all of the activities at WDW and don't golf either. I am as active and athletic as can be and the other activities mentioned should get his heart racing especially if you can swing the RPDE.

I agree, if not from the thrill perspective, then from the underlying technology.
Wondering "How do they do that?" holds my interest throught my visit.

Don't forget the horse back riding, Hayride, Segway tour, and the adult night clubs at Pleasure Island.

I know you can book fishing excursions from some of the resorts. Sorry I don't have any other info, but I'm sure someone here will know.

My hubby wants to parasail too. Does anyone have any idea on the costs to do this?
