Off Topic But Please......
I know this is not Disney related and it's off topic but please dont delete this thread! HELP SAVE THE PLAZA HOTEL!!!! In April 2005 the Plaza Hotel is scheduled to be closed for 2 years for interior demolition, for conversion of existing hotel rooms into condominiums. Contents of the existing historically intact hotel rooms will be auctioned off. Public spaces such as the Grand Ballroom will become part of a 4 story retail complex. You can help by signing an online petition by the Landmarks Preservation Commission to help save the Plaza. http://www.friendsoftheplaza.com/pages/3/index.htm - Again, Sorry for putting up something non-Disney related but after all NY has gone through, do we really have to loose the Plazza too?
