I booked our Aug. trip online and want to make payments on it to hopefully get it all paid for in advance. I can put in my ressie number and it comes up on the screen, but it won't allow me to click on my invoice to make a payment. The "make a payment" option doesn't show up. So I called WDW reservations and asked to make a payment. The CM said that since I booked online, all payments have to be made online????? (I can't believe Disney was actually turning down my money-LOL). She said to keep trying online. I haven't had any luck. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong??

I would call Disney again,and if they still say they can't do a deposit, i would ask them how to do it online.

I don't know what you're doing wrong, I suspect NOTHING.

Their website has so many flaws, they stuffed it full of features no one wants to use and the ones that are important don't work most of the time.
Maybe you should cancel, if they let you find the 'cancel button' and try making your ressies through Mickey or your travel agent?

when we used WDW.com, our order went through twice! We didn't notice until we had two deposits on our credit card. We called Disney and they said that happens occasionally and took off a reservation with no fuss.
