Description of the awards:

The Grand Sorcerer Award
This award goes to the person who submits the best thread on our forum. Whether it is creative, helpful of funny, the best thread gets this award. The user title will be: Grand Sorcerer

The Grand Magician Award
This award goes to the person with the best restaurant, resort or park review in the reader reviews section. Best, most accurate reviewer will win this award. The user title will be: Grand Magician

The Grand Giver Award
This award will go to the person who best exemplifies the Disney spirit on our forums and reader reviews. It is not quantity, but quality that counts. Helpfulness should be your motto. The User Title will be: Grand Giver

I neglected to mention on the front page, but once you are a winner of the coveted prize, there is nothing to proclude you from repeating as winner in any subsequent month.

If you check out the main page you'll see a brief explanation of the three awards that are being given.

Basically they are being given to the most helpful, insightful, and creative members as decided by the Disneycentral staff. Post in a helpful manner and you'll be considered by them as a canidate. And be yourself too... don't pretend to be something you're not just to get a special picture under your name. I'm sure you won't have any problem though! :)

I wonder if bribery can help any though... ;) :angel

It is time to announce the winners of the Membership contest for the month of February. Congrats to my fellow winners: lvbug and Michael Darling! I was very surprised-and delighted!-to learn that I'd won "Grand Magician" for the month. Thanks for the title, Mickey.

While I'm at it, I'd like to say that I appreciate all of the info and fun I find on this site. I am glad that I was lucky enough to find it.

And, I especially want to say a sincere, hearty THANK YOU to Mickey for all of his time and effort with DisneyCentral.com. I certainly appreciate you, Mickey. Kudos to you! :-)
