Calling Disney always makes me smile
I just got off the phone with Walt Disney World reservations. I was paying off my trip. No matter how many times I call them and even if there are problems, I always hang up the phone with a huge smile. There is something about their voices and attitude that just makes me so happy. That is hard to find these days. Gotta love Disney.

I feel the same way. I love calling Disney, it makes me feel good. I have called a couple of times this week and loved it. I was lucky and got a great CM one of the times I called, she was so nice.

I even like being on hold waiting for a CM. The songs are great, and the anticipation of doing something for an upcoming trip is thrilling.

I called today to confirm all my reservations and found out there was error on my room. So I had to hold for 30 minutes while they attempted to fix it and finally the CM told me they would call me back. I didn't even mind at all waiting that long--1. because I got to hear great Disney songs, some I have never heard before and 2. My job is also taking calls for customer service, so I know how frustrating it is to try and do something and just not knowing where to go. I know she must have had a supervisor or something with her because she kept saying "We" are trying to fix this. It was kind of funny to be on the other end of things and she did call me back about 15 minutes later to let me know everything was worked out. I was definitely relieved.

 just got back about 3 weeks ago, and that last week before the trip, calling to confirm some things just makes your day.they seem so happy and seem to enjoy helping you... gotta love the attitude ... makes your trip even more exciting |

I've been calling everyday trying to get a Fantasmic dinner pkg for 4th of July weekend, and I even like talking to them when they tell me there aren't any left!!
