Are you really leaving in 10 days???

I probably just missed the thread...but, where are you staying? For how long? What's going on! Do tell!

We need PRETRIP details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, thanks for asking Erin! Yes, rumor does have it that we are leaving in 10 days. It seems like I just started planning this trip, and now it's here!!!

I have been all over the place, too much to do, too little time to do it. I am one of those people who has not learned to say no yet. I try to be firm, but, I always cave in.

We are off to the All Star Sports for 4 days, then, drumroll please, AKL for 3!!!! I am so excited I can't stand it. We have never stayed there. We actually haven't stayed at either resort yet.

Also, I still have postcards, if anyone would like one, just pm me!

Yes, 7 days! WE hope to take in at least one of the water parks this trip. I just don't know how much my boys will be able to do. They are not great swimmers just yet, and I have a severe water phobia.

No universal this time. We'll do that some other time. I am just worried about the heat now. It has been in the 90's here for the past week, and DH has been complaining about it. I know he is going to hate it when we get to WDW. But, since he knows how much this trip means to us, he will be a trooper. I also have threatened to leave him home!

Your plans sound great! It is so nice to stay for an entire week because you will not have to rush around. I think you will enjoy spending some time at one of the water parks. Our DS had a blast a BB. We want to try TL next time. DQ is a great place to go to slow things down too. You'll have to let us know how you like the AKL. I have heard so many great things about it. That is a great idea to stay at two different places. Each one is an entirely different experience. Have fun!

You are going to have the best time. AKL is so beautiful and loved by so many. I honestly haven't heard a bad thing about the resort.

Thanks guys! I am really looking forward to it. It had been my intention to keep it a secret from the boys, but we received something in the mail from the All Star Sports and my older son saw it, and said, mom, why does this say "for your upcoming trip" And I couldn't keep it in anymore. So now they both know. We almost made it! Oh well.

At least you tried, I don't think I could keep a WDW trip a secret for long. I would love to surprise my DS one day but I just don't think I could do it.

I understand that. We had a surprise birthday party for my DMIL this past fall and I was so worried about ruining the surprise. I was so glad when the day finally came and it wasn't a secret any longer.

I do have my ARs set up. I made a couple of changes last week but I think we are set. Where are your ARs?

We are doing our favorites, Crystal Palace & Chef Mickeys, and this time we are trying Biergarten and Ohanas. We also are doing CRT for dinner. Not having girls, the princess meal is lost on my boys. Some day I will take my nieces! We're also trying a fantasmic package at Mama Melrose's, which we have never done either! I am trying to make the most of the DDE card.

Where are your ar's?

Thanks! Yes, I am looking forward to not having to rush, but I know we will really need to stick with our plans because the crowds will be big.
