Reservation for kid's

Hi all,

I made my reservation a few weeks back with the disney reservation center:D
At that time they ask for my son age but did not ask is age at
the date of travel:hmmm . He's 2 wright now and will be 3 by the time we leave for disney:dazed .
By reading other treads I notice that there is some difference for a child under 3 and 3+ .
Should I call them to let them know? or it makes no difference?:bandit

Did you just make room reservations or did it include park passes? If it was just room reservations, it won't make any difference at all. They only care how many people are younger than 18 and how many are older. If your reservations included park tickets, you should probably let them know, since your 3 year old will need a park ticket.

The resort magic plan features your room and one flex choice per person. It doesn't include park tickets, so I don't think it will make any difference. Aren't you going in 2003? I didn't think that they were going to offer the Resort Magic plan after 2002.

Sory wrong package.

It's the disney magic plan, includes tickets.

I just call Disney and for changing is age from 2 to 3 it
push the price up 362US$... for a 7 night stay.

From the disneyworld site it show the ticket price 274$,
are they charging for something that I don't see?

The Dream Maker package includes your room, park passes, a couple of little trinkets and insurance. The insurance alone is going to run about $50 for the 3 year old.

Have you considered purchasing everything seperately? I always suggest to our clients to book the room by itself and purchase the Ultimate Park Hoppers seperately. It is always about $200 to $300 less, but you don't get the little trinkets. If you have already paid your deposit, it may be too late. If you package includes insurance, that is non-refundable. They may let you transfer it to a new reservation, but I am not sure of that.

I know Disney is having a special now on park hopper tickets for Canadians. If you buy one 7 day hopper plus, the second is half price. That should be cheaper than any other way.

Just call 1-407-WDW-STAR or your travel agent to purchase the tickets. They must be purchased before you leave Canada.

Tickets are available for purchase only in Canada by Canadian residents only. Tickets are valid for arrival 11/15/02 - 04/26/03. Two or more Special Offer 7-Day Park Hopper PLUS Tickets must be purchased at the same time. If one of the two persons traveling together is between the ages of 3 and 9, then 50% reduction shall be on the lesser priced ticket. Each additional guest will receive 25% off their Special Offer 7-Day Park Hopper PLUS Ticket. Ticket entitlements on this Special Offer 7-Day Park Hopper PLUS Ticket are the same as the 7-Day Park Hopper PLUS Ticket sold at the gate in Florida but are date limited and must be utilized by May 15, 2003. Nondiscounted 7-Day Park Hopper PLUS Tickets have no expiration date.
