3D Reels
Does anyone collect 3D Reels?
Most of them are Disney, but some of the newer ones I don't think are. I started after my grandmother sent me a 3D Viewmaster plus Cinderella and Snow White reels. My collection is now about 30 to 45 sets of 3 reels. I managed to find a cover/keeper that was made specially for reels, but I havent ever come across them again. I love my reels, but they are extremely hard to find. When I went to Disneyland in 2000, not a single store I went to had them. The only place I can seem to find them is Amazon.com. And buying from them is always a pain in my case. But I intend to collect them for as long as I can and hand them down to my children. I wish more people would get into collecting them. |

Re: 3D Reels
I do not collect them but I have looked for them. We got them at SeaWorld and also at various places in Chattanooga, TN (Rock City, etc.) so now we look for them anywhere we go on vacation. I have seen Disney reels on EBAY.
You know, actually let me ask if you are talking about general Disney reels like the movies (Nemo, Incredibles and so on) or are you talking about the reels for the parks themselves? We have been keeping our eyes open for the park reels.
