I was wondering if our friends on Disney Central keep coming back to this site after their trip to WDW or Disneyland? Or do most of the members only use this site to plan?

I actually started coming here after my last trip to keep up to date with what's going on at wdw. Basicly (?) looking for what I've been missing. This is the first time I've stuck with a forum because, unlike the others, there is no bickering or oneupmanship. :)

I too found this site when planning my last trip. I look forward to checking the posts as often as I can... though not as often as I would like!! My next trip seems so far away and this place helps give me a little Disney every day! :)

Living on the other side of the atlantic we do not see the local press or television and the Disney central site is so informative

The members are also so friendly and knowledgeable reading the information they provide is priceless

I'm an Admin on another site, but come here because of the "personality" of this one. I can just be a plain old member and read and respond and relax. Everyone seems to have a great sense of humor, the information is dead on, and there are no Huge Inflated Egos, like at some other Disney sites.

Sort of like being in a comfy room wrapped in a big soft chair, everyone laughing and talking about magical memories. It just fits.

Yes, I return. :D

Signed on to get info for the trip. Was only going to use "one or two times." Now I'm completely HOOKED even after coming home!!! Now that I'm back its fun to help others and live a little through their experiences. I love the trivia and friendly nature. I'm embarassed to say I'm slightly addicted! Gotta check every couple of days!!!!

I've been a long time veteran to another Disney Forum and signed up here recently because you get pure Disney Syrup here, the other site is great but they have many other flavors on tap as well, when I want strictly Disney, I come here, and likewise I post differently here, I even have a Disney screen name here, so you get the idea.

However, I joined the other site because I'm a Disney Freak and want the inside scoop on things, plus I like to help whenever I can too.

We come back to this site about once a day. We have only been on for about 6 months but enjoy helping other people plan their trips from what we have experniced. We been going to WDW twice a year for the past 10 years now. So what we have learned we love to pass alomg. So we are steady users of this site. It helps us plan our trips even though we are veterans of WDW.

I think no matter how many times you've been to WDW, it never hurts to learn others secrets! I started coming here right before our last trip (in June). We come back daily (sometimes hourly!) and check out new posts. I love it here.

I have never been a part of a forum or group before, and I'm so glad that I took the plunge in to Disney Central. Now I look forward to my "me time" on Disney Central, it's MY get away from work, dishes, and diapers!

I will keep coming back for years to come!

I joined the Forum in Sept of 2002 because I needed some help with my Dec trip to WDW. I received more help than I ever expected and realized that no matter how many times you visit WDW, there is always something new to learn.

I also have become slightly addicted and look forward to checking in regularly. I enjoy the willingness of everyone to help and the way you are made to feel welcome and a part of the group. Its also nice to know that it is acceptable to be a 55 year old Disney nut. I will be a regular visitor to the Forum as long as I can type.
It is a great way to get your Disney fix between vacations!

It makes you feel great if in some small way you can help make someone's Disney vacation even better.

I too joined to get ready for my trip. Well, my trip was in October and I still check in. My next trip will probably be in 2 years but it is fun to hear everyone's stories and to help out when I can. I don't check in as often as I did before my trip, but I still check in 3 to 4 times a week. This is a nice friendly forum and everyone is sooo helpful.

What a great thread Idea TrishB! I originally joined this site about 10 months ago, it was right after a trip to wdw and i needed a way to get my daily disney fix! I love offering advice on wdw trips, and love asking questions about my upcoming WDW trip! lol. Everytime I come here I always leave smiling. I stumbled across this site while on a search for disney world tips and secrets. The rest is as they say history!

I too joined before My very first trip to Disney. I was made to feel welcomed and everybody had great suggestions on how to make my first trip to WDW the best trip ever. My DH was amazed at how much information I learned before the trip. Friends of our who had been to Disney before were also amazed at the stuff I knew and had never been. This forum is responable for making my trip a dream come true.

My trip was in October and I am still checking in and posting reply's. It is a great way to get my Disney fix and help past the time til my next trip. I will still need help planing and this is a great place to keep up with all the new stuff going on.

I love to read the trip reports. It brings back memories and a warm fuzzy feeling that only Disney can bring.
