Got my res. papers. ANOTHER screw up???

OK, I got my res. papers and everything is good EXCEPT... when I booked it, it said there was a "photo voucher" included in the package. On the papers it says nothing about it. I know it's not a big deal but I love taking those photos!! Although, there is some "planet hollywood meal voucher" and a "planet hollywood merch. voucher." I really couldn't care less about either of these, especially since we have the dining plan!!! I personally don't even like PH. Should I call and ask for the photo that was suppose to be included and tell them to ixnay the PH stuff?

I forgot to add that the paper doesn't reflect the $ I alraedy paid on the package, it just says the Total and due by date... is that normal?

Can't help you about the photo voucher, but I got my paperwork too and it mentioned the PH discounts. I didn't get too excited over it either, I have the dining plan too, and there are about a million other restaurants at WDW that I like better.

I got a photo voucher with my ME papers. Maybe they are talking about that? Call them and check the information.

When I got my papers it also did not say anything about my deposit, just my total due. I have since made a few online payments and I just got another letter with my total on it and no where did it say that I had my made any payments

, so I called WDW and the CM says that they are showing all of my payments. I do not know why they do not show up on the paper work!!!

You can also go to the WDW website, go to My Vacation, register if you haven't already, and put in your reservation number and phone number and it'll bring everything up for you, including your balance due

You only get a photo voucher if the reservation is booked online. You used to get them with everything, but Disney recently changed that. I would ask when you check in, they should give one to you no problem.

The reservations never say anything about money paid, only when they are finally paid in full, and you usually have to call back a couple of days after you make the final payment so that it wil show "Paid in Full".
