Disney on Ice

Does anyone have any pictures from the incredibles on ice? The Incredibles looks like it has a bit of the Magic Kingdom so we hoped someone had pictures so we could see. We wanted to see that one, but we have Monster Inc here. We are going in Feb.

I don't have any pictures right now but I am going on February 18 (taking my little cousins) here in Boston. I guess the theme is that the Incredibles go to the Magic Kingdom so the sets have the castle, the haunted mansion, pirates and the teacups I think. I am not sure what else. It looks like it is going to be fun - I can't wait!

We went to Incredibles on Ice on Jan 8th (or something like that) and I took tons of pics. Unfortunately I'm at work (I work 24 hr shifts) and won't be home until tomorrow morning. I'll post some pics then...

But to answer your question, yes, it's in the Magic Kingodm. The Parrs go on vacation and it just happens to be at the same time that a robot version of Syndrome takes it over... It was AWESOME! You're gonna love it.

Last time I went to see Disney on Ice they had security guards standing by taking away peoples cameras!!! When I was told no pictures I happily said "ok" and put my camera in my purse, but the woman was SOOO rude to me about it I lodged a complaint only to find out it wasn't Disney's idea, it was the venue.
So no pictures from me

Oh yea, you really can. When we went, in the middle of the show they had this intermission. Well, they had these security guys come out and "guard" the ice and we were in the 3rd row, so we had a great view of these sour puss guys. The kids were laughing and wearing their Incredibles masks and stuff. We kept making fun of this one guy (his name tag said Vinnie)... We were saying "I guess Vinnie doesn't like kids" and stuff like that. I don't think Vinnie was amused, judging on his sour puss face... A non-Disney employee indeed...

i didn't get to see the incredibles on ice. i wish i could help you out. sorry to hear about your incident there, tessa. when i saw the princess classics and finding nemo on ice, both venues didn't say boo about cameras at all. i could've taken my camcorder to the princess show because no one searched bags. i'm gonna take my camera to the princess classics on friday when i go with my nieces.

Dewey - The pictures were great!!! What I think is hysterical is that you took like 5 gazillion pictures and only 3 of It's a Small World - I thought that was your favorite ride

If you don't have the Disney on Ice - Incredibles just yet, just be patient. It is making the rounds to all of the usual stops. If you have Monster Inc right now, you will probably have Incredibles late summer - early fall. These are the two main shows that will be touring the US this year. Also, hard to believe, but the Disney on Ice shows are put together and go on tour with Feld Entertainment, not a Disney company. And next time you are somewhere where they say no pictures, try taking pictures without using the flash. The Disney on Ice productions work really great for this because the colors and the lighting of the shows are always so vibrant and bright. Just be sure to hold your camera completely still. The shutter stays open a really long time trying to capture all possible light so the slightest move makes a blurred picture. But if you can hold your camera still or if there is a rail nearby prop it on that, you can get some really great, unique pictures.
