Miniature Golf Anyone?
We have complimentary tickets for miniature golf at either Summer Winterland or Fantasia Gardens for our trip in February. Since Blizzard Beach is closed for the month of February, will we not be able to go to Summer Winterland located at this water park? Anyone with miniature golf experience out there?

Fantasia Gardens
We've been at Fantasia Gardens twice before. The course is wonderful, and elaborates nicely with the Fantasia theme. It's not too difficult for the kids, and the adults still have a good time with it. When we were there in December they were open, but I'm not sure if they're open year round, or what the case is with that. Anyhow everyone had a good time and we plan on going back for the next visit. Hope this helps somewhat...

They were both open in January when I went. Summer Winterland has a double course and one side is sand castles and such themeing and Winterland is Ice castles and such but both have Santa and elves throughout. It is the newer Mini-golf facility. It is open late-ish. 10am til 11pm!
Disney Transportation is bus only. You have to leave from any resort then take the bus to Blizzard Beach. (They share the same parking lot.) Be sure to tell the bus driver that Blizard Beach/Summer Winterland is your destination because Blizard Beach is under refurbishment, and the bus circuit for it also runs to Animal Kingdom. Let the folks at the pro shop know you are taking Disney Transportation when you leave, they can remind someone to pick you up. Once again this is really only nessasary while Blizard Beach is under refurbishment. Note: The bus only runs there until 9pm in any case. Fantasia golf is actualy a little more complicated for Disney Transportation as it is located next to Swan and Dolphin resorts and there is no bus to the facility. The way to get there is taking disney bus to Downtown Disney then transfer to a Swan/Dolphin bus then walk from the SWAN resort. There are two 18 hole courses there too and it also operates between 10am until 11pm. Everday.

The Parking for Winter Summerland is totally seperate from Blizzard Beach. The entire Mini-golf is seperate from the park, you will have no problem going there, and it is my personal favorite between the two.
