Our trip itinerary.....suggestions, coments welcome!

Okay, here goes

This plan is for DW, DS and myself, though we are also traveling with another family of 3. Still waiting to see where they want to join us, and where they want to do their own thing, but they will be with us at all the ADRs.

Staying at the BWV, with the dining plan and park hoppers.

Day 1

Arrival in Orlando 3:30 - Quicksliver, grocery stop, check in
ADR - Spoodles
Plans - Just to hang at the Boardwalk for the evening, no parks

Day 2

Late AM - to the MK
Plans - Do some attractions, and maybe tour the GF and Poly on the way over to Hoop de doo
ADR - Hoop de doo
Epcot has EMH-pm - maybe? after Hoop

Day 3

AM - to Epcot
Break at resort for some swim time
PM - back to Epcot
ADR - Garden Grill

Day 4

AM - to AK
PM - to MK for EMHpm
ADR - Chef Mickey's

Day 5

Late AM / early afternoon - to the Studios
ADR - Hollywood & Vine w/ fantasmic package
Studios also has EMHpm, may stay late

Day 6

AM- to MK - we are doing the family magic tour!
break
Epcot
ADR - Teppanyaki

Day 7

OPEN (probally back to the studios)
ADR - LeCellier

Day 8

MK - EMHam - Dumbo or die today!
break
AK - for EMHpm
ADR - none - using 2 counters today, Hoop cost us 2 tables

Day 9

OPEN (probally back to AK)
ADR Les Chefs De France

Well, thats it. What do you all think?

It feels like we'll be in Epcot a lot, but our resort is so close by.

Sounds like a BLAST! Have you eaten at Teppanyaki before? It's fabulous! It's my new favorite restaurant in WDW! It sounds like you paced everything nicely and left plenty of time to relax. I am sure it will be GREAT!

I am spending a lot of time this morning getting the itinerary ready and trying to plan some "in the parks" touring plans.

Sounds great! You must be late sleepers. Me, I'm haunted by the idea that I might still be in bed in the morning while there are short lines at the parks.

Yeah, we are up at 5 am every other day of the year, so I make sure and plan plenty of time to sleep in and relax, even at WDW.
But those days that just say AM, or EMHam, we'll be there before the rope drops.

Sounds great, Buzz! I'm so glad you have Chefs de France on there--I really enjoy that restaurant and would like to return soon.

I also like that you've left so many mornings open--if you're tired, you can sleep, but if you're up, you can hit the parks!

It's also good that you've planned so much Epcot time. When we did our first stay at an Epcot resort last May, we were shocked by how much time we actually spent in Epcot and by our hotel pool. It's just so easy that we got too lazy to head to the other parks too much! We enjoyed it, though, and it turned out to be a very relaxing trip.

Finally, I love the Boardwalk Resort--staying there was like living in a dream. Totally different from the other Disney resorts, I think. Maybe because that was the place I'd always wanted to stay, but it was truly exceptional. Enjoy!!

Sounds great Buzz. We stayed at BWV at the end of January for 6 days and had a blast. I think you guys will love the Boardwalk area. We are big EPCOT and MGM fans so the location is the best for those two parks. We could even see fireworks from EPCOT from our balcony.
