Just picked up all our photos from the PhotoPass website, and are they ever good! Everyone needs to try this -- it is a free service, really convenient, and the photos turn out so great!
When you get to a park -- any park -- you will see photographers standing at especially photogenic sites, ready to photograph you and your family. They will hand you a plastic card that you can carry with you the rest of the trip, to all parks. Every time you have a photographer take your pic, they willscan your card, and voila! When you get back home, you hae a whole album of pics to order and enjoy. Also: the WDW Dining & Shopping Gift Card is a great thing to get for teens. You prepay a card at any gift shop, and give it to the kids. They keep the card in their wallet, and when they want to buy something, they are welcome to scan that card at the register. No more over spending, no more "Mom, can I have some money?" This is a really great idea. Be sure to use any balance on your last meal of your last day, just to finish up any balances.

Re: Disney PhotoPass and Shopping/Dining Card
There is now a photo cd option they are trying out. It is 99 something plus tax for all the pictures. It does not include any of the borders or signatures or anything like that though - just the original picture the photographer took. They are high quality images for printing and you do receive a copyright release. Mine is due to arrive tomorrow so I will post back how it is when I see it.

That's a good deal, I'm thinking.

Re: Disney PhotoPass and Shopping/Dining Card
Yes, we thought Photopass was great. We had so many pictures taken on our last trip. Its also so nice to be able to sit and view them at home, so you don't feel rushed trying to pick the ones you want to purchase. I think the $99 Cd is a great idea too.
MissDisney, I love your idea about the dining & shopping gift card for kids! Brilliant!

Re: Disney PhotoPass and Shopping/Dining Card
We loved Photopass and it's great when there's just the two of you. Otherwise, you're always taking pictures of each other. This way we got so many of the two of us together. And I love that they put little "surprises" in the pictures.

Re: Disney PhotoPass and Shopping/Dining Card
Have you checked out the photomovie? I am going to do this because I think that my kids would like it better than a picture in a scrapbook. It is $49.95 for up to 68 pictures. You can use yours as well as the photopass ones. I am going to try this and I'll let you know how it works. It is expensive, but it is less expensive than $12.95 per picture... The website is www.disneyphotomovie.go.com. It has music too!

Re: Disney PhotoPass and Shopping/Dining Card
Every time I have gone to Disney since the 28th of January I have added money to a gift card for my May trip. I now have 200 dollars on it that I will add to until I stay for those days.
