VISA card
I've read alot about the new VISA card. I could not resist getting a "Day 1" card myself :D despite the fact that we have several credit cards already.
I know many people have posted questions on the topic of how best to maximize this card for Disney vacations but I have another thought.;) I have a Fleet cash rebate VISA that pays a staggered cash ($$) back bonus that grows to up to 2%. When comparing it to the Disney VISA card it seems like a better deal. In fact, the point at which both are even appears to be $11,000 charged in a year. That is, charge more than $11,000 and the cash rebate VISA returns more money than the points earned by the Disney VISA. Last year we got a $359 check back (sorry, I know that is a sad amount of charges) which we are using towards our Disney trip this year. In the end it all goes to the Mouse anyway. Just a thought:hmmm. Am I missing something else??:nervous

I agree there are much better "rewards" cards out there, but, I believe ( anyone correct me if I am wrong) they also have special offers on Disney vacations just for people that have the card. And they will be offereing double and hopefully triple "rewards" in the future.

Hi BuzzLightyear,
I agree and got my card just in case this is true. I must admit it doesn't sound as charming to use my Fleet VISA to save for trips to Disney but whatever gets me there more often, I am all for it!!:D
