Question about YOMD???
Ok. I have a question about Year of million dreams.. I will be going to WDW next year for my 5 year old bday.. Now this may seem a little crazy but do u think if I told the CM on the phone and she puts that into the system do U think there is a possibility she may get a dream??? What is we are off by 3 days of her bday for the dates we go???

I'm not sure how a CM could put you in the computer for a dream but I don't understand how it works. I thought the people were selected at random in the parks. I have been reading about how freely the dreams have been handed out, I think you have a good chane of getting something by just being there for 12 days.

No No No... I dont mean put her in the computer for the dream but what I mean is when we check into the hotel they usually will see if we are there for a b day or anniversary and then maybe see that and then give her a little card or something.. is that the same thing??? Like when we were there in may for our 5 year anniversary they sent us a card and balloons..

I don't see any problem with telling the CM when you check in. I told the CM at check in that my DS had a birthday during our trip and he got 2 balloons and a card from Goofy left in the room on his birthday. It was really fun watching him read the card and it was something fun to keep to remind him of his birthday at WDW.

The dreams are given at random, so I don't think there would be a way for her to get you a dream because of your dd's birthday but there will be plenty of disney magic handed out if she wears her birthday button and I would tell the CM that it will be her birthday while you are there. And tell the CM's when making dinner reservations!

I had put that we were celebrating DH's 40th bday on our reservation.
When we got to our room at the Poly there were balloons, card, coloring book for DD and a CAKE!!!! It was such a great surprise. Definately tell the CM when making your reservation and when you check in!!
