For all you that go more than once a year
I was just wondering for all of you that go to Disney annually (or in some cases,several times a year),is there something that you do together as a family,or with friends,or whoever you go with, that you have to do every time you go to Disney.Do you have a tradition that you have started that you can share with your Mousebuzz family.It would really be neat to hear and maybe give some of us an idea or two.Mine is everytime we go to Disney we always go to a character breakfast. Usually Crystal Palace in MK.We REALLY love that one.Sometimes Chef Mickeys also is another fav. Lets hear all yours.

mousemom, we just have to go to Beaches & Cream (at least once a trip!) to savor one of their yummy desserts (we have only done the Kitchen Sink once though.)

my wife and I make it a point to eat at tangerine cafe at least once every trip.

Our first park is always Magic Kingdom.
And we eat breakfast at the Crystal Palace.

We go multiple times each year. My sister and her husband go also but not always with us.
We've been with other relatives, but only one niece gets the Disney magic. She has only been once so far, but it was all that was necessary to give her the "bug". We will most likely take her again this year before she goes to college. Our tradition is to always ride the Haunted Mansion first. We must also have breakfast at Crystal Palace at least once.

There are several rituals we have:
1. We have to eat at Peco Bills. 2. If we watch the parade we MUST have a spot within a reasonable distance to the bakery (normally we sit right in front of it). 3. Before we leave for home we have to buy enough cookies from the bakery to snack on in the car on the way home, and still have enough for the first night after we get back. 4. The last day we are at WDW we have to got to Downtown Disney. We browse the shops, and hit the lego store for ds. 5. At MGM - the pail of popcorn is a must. It is sooooo good. 6. MK - Mickey pops and turkey legs...the snacks of champions! |

I can't really think of any ONE tradition we have...since we do day trips. I guess the biggest thing is we try to do at least ONE thing we've never done before...

My DD and I go every year now to WDW. We have a few traditions that we always try to do...trip doesn't feel complete or right actually until we do certain things.
1) Go to MGM as soon as we check in and ride Rockin rollercoaster first! 2) we always go to crystal palace for breakfast at least once during the trip 3) Chef mickey's is another traditional meal for us as is breakfastsaurus 4) we always compete on Buzz lightyear and I always kick her butt and mock her by doing the in your face dance..lol 5) O'hanna is another tradional meal (we didn't get to go last trip and regretted it) 6) the last night at our resort is for staying up late and acting silly. We have skipped wishes and spectro to keep this tradition. these trips are about being together and having fun and we make sure to get the most of it. 7) we always take a afternoon break....we have to or we bicker and get cranky..lol ok I bicker and get cranky..lol 8) we are at the parks for opening..always 9) we always tour MK the same way...same order ...lol
